Lindy Griffiths

BA, PGCE, MA, Adv. Dip. (Education Management), NPQH, Postgrad Cert (Process Consultancy)

I was a teacher for  22 years and then worked as as a Local Authority Consultant where amongst other things I carried out research into the links between attendance and attainment, led a research programme to support the development of the curriculum for pupils with English as an additional language and created the ‘Making a Difference’ programme that supports the development of literacy.

I am an Independent Consultant, Professional Coach and Trainer working in schools across Europe. My specialisms are Behaviour Management and Language for Learning. My passion is for helping learners to fulfil their potential. I have spent my career working with children and adults, helping them to gain self-confidence and skills that enable them to overcome barriers to learning. I work on the basis that there is a solution to every problem. I find it really rewarding when people begin to understand things that previously had caused them difficulty, seeing them start to smile again and get the sparkle back into their eyes!
